Jian Zhou is a graduate of the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program at Makami College and is a member in good standing of the Certified Registered Massage Therapists Association of Canada (CRMTA).
He has a strong foundation in therapeutic and clinical massage therapy, with core areas of focus including deep tissue massage and myofascial release, sports massage, relaxation and stress-management treatments, as well as targeted and functional massage therapy.
Prior to entering the field of massage therapy, Jian spent 18 years in higher education and athletic training, working as a university-level instructor and coach in badminton and track and field. He holds the academic title of Associate Professor in China and earned a Master’s degree in Physical Education. This background provides him with extensive knowledge in exercise training science, human movement science, physical conditioning, and sport-related functional recovery.
In his clinical practice, Jian integrates exercise science principles and athletic training experience into massage therapy. He supports clients from multiple perspectives, including functional improvement, injury prevention, recovery efficiency, and lifestyle-related considerations, with the goal of enhancing overall physical function and quality of life.
Jian believes that effective massage therapy begins with careful assessment and individualized treatment planning. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the client’s specific concerns, goals, and overall well-being. He places strong emphasis on clear communication, client comfort, and collaborative care, ensuring treatments are both effective and supportive.
Jian also recognizes the supportive role of massage therapy in long-term health management and healthy aging (longevity). By promoting soft-tissue health, improving joint mobility, supporting nervous system regulation, and reducing chronic stress, he helps clients build sustainable physical function and long-term well-being.

Danielle is a 2200 hour massage therapist who graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and is a member of Massage Therapist Associate of Alberta.
Danielle decided to become a massage therapist after she was finding herself extremely burnt out at her office job. After the birth of her second child she started getting massages to help with postpartum depression, anxiety, stress and chronic migraines. While working through these she found massage to have multiple benefits for both mental and physical health.
Danielle values people and caters each treatment to the needs of her clients. Having graduated as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cristiane likes to treat her patients with a variety of TCM modalities, including acupuncture, ear acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, Chinese herbs and Qi Gong exercises. She treats a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, digestive issues, headaches, insomnia and menstrual problems. She also does Oncology Acupuncture, helping patients struggling with the side effects of cancer treatment, including nausea, dry mouth, diarrhea or constipation, and chemo-induced peripheral neuropathy.
